Owner and baker Scott Williams has a passion for gardening and baking, and both he and his wife, Lea, have a mutual love for nature. They carry that love and caring into all of their pastries and breads. By using sustainably grown and local ingredients whenever possible including some of their own produce from their homestead.
Scott specializes in European style pastries and organic breads developed from his diverse experience working at bakeries all over Canada.
