St. Ambrose Honey

St. Ambrose Honey is a small business providing premium products. Their honey is 100% local, undiluted, and pure. Their honey is unpasteurized and packaged at 16.5 to 17 percent moisture. Due to their cold process extraction and filtration, their honey contains a larger content of vitamin C, natural enzymes and pollen.

Anna Carruthers, the proprietor of St. Ambrose Honey, is a third generation apiarist and is a member of the Ontario Beekeepers Association. Anna started St. Ambrose Honey as a hobby beekeeper in 1999.  St Ambrose Honey has been in operation ever since and has grown to produce and sell many more honey related products.
