Jeff and Jen Ferguson and their two sons Owen and Eric operate Springbrook Farm on Squire Road south of Springbrook. The farm was owned by Jeff's grandparents Ron and Ethel Rahm for thirty years. They have a small herd of pigs and sell pork cuts and lean sausages, some of which are
gluten-free, directly from their farm and the Campbellford Farmers Market. They also sell pasture-raised beef and chicken, as well as free range eggs.
Jeff and Jen Ferguson give their hens free range of the garden. They grow most of their own food on the farm and have gained a reputation for the high quality of their eggs. Jen makes her own preserves from the bounty of her garden.
