Smoking Ron's Rauchhaus

Ron Csenar was the founder and owner of Caper's restaurant in Campbellford for 20 years. After 35 years in the food service business as a Chef, Ron decided to go into semi retirement in 2017.

Since 2017 Ron has been doing catering and started Smoking Ron's Rauchhaus (German for smokehouse). He specializes in smoked meats such as beef brisket, pulled pork and turkey breast.
