LoonSong's wheat for this harvest season is Redeemer variety, which has a rich flavor and is wonderful for breads (quick breads, yeasted recipes in the bread machine, or traditional kneaded by hand- all good!).   Works really well for pancakes, pizza crust, muffins, and cakes.  They are now milling into a finer grind flour than their previous flours, give it a try and we think you'll love it!  Reach out to Heather and Paul if you have any questions about baking with it.
