A variety of vegetables with lentils and Moroccan flavours that include warm spices, harissa, z’atar, preserved lemon, dried apricot and green olives . Served as a ‘kit’ with seasoned Couscous and Pita. Vegetarian: $12.50. Single $25. Double. Chicken: $15. Single. $30 double.
Instructions:
Tagine (stew): Thaw in fridge overnight or heat it from frozen. Remove lid, warm in 300F oven or on stove top on low heat.
Couscous: Each bag contains one cup of couscous. Combine with 2 cups water, bring to a boil, stir gently, cover tightly with the lid and turn off heat. Let rest until all water is absorbed and couscous is fluffy - about 10-15 minutes. Taste before adding salt and pepper. ( this can be done in microwave too! )
Pita: warm in oven or toaster.
