DESCRIPTION: Gunn's Hill Handeck is a hand-crafted, washed rind, pasteurized cow's milk cheese that is produced using the same methods as in the Swiss mountains. It is a drier hard cheese with rich and complex flavors and a nutty subtlety. The tiny crunch of tyrosine crystals, and indication of age and quality, is present in the cheese. Aged in house for two years
