Made from 100% local grass-fed butter, Ghee is one of the largest staple foods in India.
Butter is simmered over a low burner for many hours until the water boils off and milk solids are separated resulting in a butter oil. The milk solids are strained off, allowing people with lactose intolerance to be able to use ghee as a cooking oil, spread on toast, or anything you would use butter for.
Comes in a 125 ml jar.
