Off the Cliff


Cliff, owner of Off The Cliff, and his wife Tara are growing their own peppers and sourcing local ingredients for their small batch sauces.  They moved to Havelock from Niagara in 2019 to be closer to family.  Adjusting to a shorter growing season for habaneros has been challenging but rewarding.  Cliff has been perfecting his hot sauce since childhood and has passed on his love for cooking and experimenting with flavour to their three sons.  Tara brings her green thumb and enthusiasm for trying new things to the mix.
