Erin's Wholesome Breads
Erin and her family live on a 5 acre homestead where they garden, raise animals and do what they can to live sustainably. Erin bakes all her goods with locally grown, organic whole grain flour (mostly Spelt and Red Fife), making her bread a hearty and wholesome eating experience. Check out all the different types including Rosemary, Super Seedy (Sunflower, flax, hemp, chia), Cinnamon Raisin, Sourdough and of course Plain.
They also offers Shiitake mushrooms grown in the forest on their land. After starting this new adventure in 2016, and with much time, care and lots of love, the mushrooms are going to be abundant this market season (May to October)!
Erin also depends on herbs (wild crafted and otherwise) for health benefits for her family. She believes strongly in using nature for overall health and crafts Elderberry Syrup, shown to boost immunity, decrease mucous production and fight colds and the flu. Her Elderberry Syrup will be available soon!
