Building on a long family tradition of farming, Cindy and her family decided to take up the rewarding and enriching practice of goat farming! It took about a year to reconstruct their barn from its 1800s frame, and by March 2007 they began making shipments of raw goat milk to a co-op. As time went on they decided that to make their operation and process more sustainable. They created their own production facility, directly on their farm!
In 2010 Crosswind Farm launched their line of goat dairy products, and are still producing this line of artisan, small batch goat dairy today. They began with Milk, but have expanded their line to include Yogurt, Cheddar, and Chèvre. All of the flavours and creations are developed in conversation with loyal and enthusiastic customers.
